Youngest Nobel peace prize winner from Pakistan and education activist Malala Yousafzai made a 4 day trip to her hometown Swat in Pakistan has ended her trip and has departed back for London. Malala and her family departed for London from Islamabad International Airport on Monday, April 02 2018 at 10:00 am.
During her visit to Pakistan, she campaigned for her NGO Malala Fund and raise some money for the girl’s education in the northern parts of Pakistan where opportunities for the girls’ education is very limited. She also visited Prime Minster House and addressed a delegation of civil society and women’s rights activist for enhancing the opportunities for the girls’ education in Pakistan.
During an interview to a private channel, she said she is planning to return to Pakistan on the permanent basis and work for girl’s education in Pakistan especially in the remote areas and small cities and villages of the northern part of Pakistan. she said “My plan is to return to Pakistan as this is my country. I have the same right on the country as any another Pakistani, We want to work for the education of children and make it possible that every girl in Pakistan receives a high-level education and she can fulfill her dreams and become a part of society.”
