Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan heard the review petition on Panama case filed by Nawaz Sharif and his children and finance minister Ishaq Dar. Hearing was scheduled on September 12th, 2017, after a long debate SC dismissed the review petition on September 15, 2017 and stayed the disqualification of former prime minister Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif. Petition was heard by five member bench on the request from Sharif family. Bench was headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, and SC didn’t disclose the reason for the dismissal of all the petitions, Justice Asif Saeed Khosa said reasons for the dismissal of petitions will be disclosed later. SC also ordered the on going investigation against Sharif family and Ishaq Dar in National Accountability Bureau (NAB) court, and whole investigation will be overseen by SC judge. According to this Nawaz Sharif has to appear in NAB court on September 19th, 2017 for the hearing on the references filed against him and his family.
