Barrister Dr. Mohammad Farogh Naseem is a Pakistani politician and a member of the senate. He is also a constitutional lawyer and belongs from Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM). He is the youngest lawyer to be in the office of Advocate General. His father, Mohammad Naseem, is also a practicing lawyer.

Dr. Farogh is a highly educated man. He has a LLB degree from University of Wales. He then went on to receive a LLM from London School of Economics. He also has a PhD in comparative constitutional law from the University of London.

Farighwas elected as a member of senate on a seat aginst technocrats on 12th March, 2012. He tenure will end in March 2018. Currently he is associated with a number of committees of Senate, namely; Inter-Provincial Coordination, Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan, Water and Power and Commerce. Farigh has taught law at teaching law at the Sindh Judicial Academy, Sindh Muslim Law College and Hamdard Law College. He has contributed a lot to the law journals and has authored two books.

    Please tell PM Imran Khan that the Law that a civil suit will be decided in a year under civil procedure code has not been passed by KPK provincial

    assembly when Mr. Pervez khattak was the chief minister.

    Mr Pervez Khattak did not pass this law from cabinet and the KPK provincial assembly does not make it an act by two third majority,

    Please inform PM Imran khan about this that please tell your new KPK chief minister Mr Mehmood khan to pass this law that a civil suit in civil court will be decided

    in one year under civil procedure code (C.P.C), first from KPK provincial cabinet then from two third majority from KPK Provincial assembly to make in an act
