Armeena Khan Collaborates with LRBT to Help the Poor in Pakistan

One of the things which we feel is reasonably vital for any celebrity; above all when they have accomplished reputation in their career is to utilize that fame to create alertness about issues which matter. While Hamza Ali Abbasi, Shahzad Roy, Abrar ul Haq and Mahira Khan are always providing their support to charities – to do good in the world – we are also mighty proud of Armeena Khan who is not only serving the Syrian refugee but have also joined hands with Graham Layton Trust Gala to grant free eye care to the underprivileged.

The star herself shared this news on her social media, Armeena wrote, “In addition to my Syria appeal, I am also supporting the Graham Layton Trust for their fundraising gala in London this year. This trust is dedicated to providing high quality FREE eye care to the poorest in Pakistan.”

But what is the Graham Layton Trust (GLT)? Well it is the fundraising arm of Layton Rahmatulla Benevolent Trust commonly known as LRBT, who are the major free eye care provider in Pakistan. GLT had been set up to elevate awareness and money for LRBT, so that they can carry on their charity work.

The event will take place in London on October 13th, 2018, the Gala will host celebrities like Anita Rani and Meera Syal who have collaborated with the trust, besides Armeena.
Armeena’s enthusiasm to her causes and her continuous work to assist the underprivileged makes us proud to say that she represents Pakistan.
