Happiness is nearly close to the top of most people’s wish list for life, but many fight back to preserve it for any length of time because of certain negative beliefs they hold.

These are the myths and false beliefs made by us which always make us unhappy. We think too much which gives us anxiety and depression and take away our happiness. The control of happiness is in our hands. It’s just how we think and act.
