8 Signs Indicating Dehydration

Water is very important for your bodies, and that can be told from the fact that our bodies consist of 70% of water. We need water inside our water to stay healthy and hydrated. If you are confused about your daily water intake, you might need to see the following signs of dehydration.

  1. Dry Mouth

Even if you aren’t thirsty, your mouth and tongue getting dry may indicate that you are dehydrated.

  1. Dark Yellow Urine

If your urine is a little darker shade of yellow than usual, it means that you are dehydrated.

  1. Headache

Many people are suffering from headaches when they have a lower intake of water. Instead of taking medicines for pain, you should try drinking more water. It will help you out.

  1. Lightheaded Sensation

It is a symptom of dehydration too. Your brain can’t function properly if there isn’t enough water in the body. If you feel unsteady, start drinking more water.

  1. Low Blood Pressure

Dehydration also leads to low blood pressure which can ultimately make you faint.

Constant dehydration can cause seizure which is alarming. Lack of water can create disturbance in the brain.

  1. Can’t Pee

If you have problem in peeing, it means that you are dehydrated. This is because your body doesn’t have enough water.

  1. Intense Thirst

If you are very thirsty, drink water as soon as possible. It’s an alarming sign for your body. You must drink at least 8 glass of water per day.
