When asked if there’s any wish of yours that has not been fulfilled yet?, General Qamar Javed Bajwa smiled & replied, “There’re three wishes”.
- “I wish that Pakistan becomes a regular country that it used to be. Free from terrorism, peaceful & just like the way it was when i was young. No one had any fear of moving around and i’m trying to make it that way.”
- “Second wish is that i retire on time from my position as Chief of Army Staff with dignity.”
- “And third is that i get time to spend & play with my grandchildren.”
